At Caleera, we want you to shop with complete confidence. If you're not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 7 days of delivery, no questions asked.

1. 7-Day Easy Returns

We offer a 7-Day No Questions Asked Return Policy on all eligible products purchased through our website.

You may request a return within 7 days from the date your order is delivered, regardless of the reason.

2. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return:

The product must be returned within 7 days of delivery.
The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition.
All original tags, labels, packaging, and accessories must be intact.
The product must not be damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or customer negligence.

Products returned in a used, washed, altered, damaged, or incomplete condition may not qualify for a refund.

3. How to Request a Return

Order Number
Name used for the order
Mobile Number
Reason for return (optional)

Once approved, our team will arrange a return pickup wherever service is available.

4. Refund Process

After the returned product is received and inspected:

Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days.
Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used for the purchase.
For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer, UPI, or any other approved refund method.

Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the amount to reflect in your account.

5. Exchange Policy

Customers may choose either:

A full refund, or
An exchange for another size, color, or product (subject to availability)

Exchange requests are subject to stock availability at the time of processing.

6. Return Shipping Charges

For defective, damaged, incorrect, or quality-related issues, return shipping will be borne entirely by Caleera.

For all other returns under our 7-Day No Questions Asked Return Policy, Caleera reserves the right to deduct applicable return shipping charges from the refund amount, where applicable.

Any such charges will be communicated to the customer before processing the return.
