  • Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

  • During sale periods, festive seasons, or high-demand periods, processing times may be slightly longer.

Once your order is processed and dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation along with tracking details via email, SMS, or WhatsApp.


2. Shipping Coverage

We currently ship across most serviceable pin codes within India.

If your location is not serviceable by our courier partners, our team will contact you regarding alternative arrangements or order cancellation and refund.


3. Delivery Timelines

Estimated delivery timelines are as follows:

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control.


4. Shipping Charges

  • Promotional offers such as free shipping may be available from time to time and will be communicated on the website.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive:

  • Courier Partner Details

  • Tracking Link

You can use the tracking information to monitor your shipment's progress.


6. Delivery Delays

7. Failed Delivery Attempts

If delivery fails due to:

  • Customer unavailability

the shipment may be returned to us.

Additional shipping charges may apply for re-shipping such orders.


8. Address Changes

Address modifications can only be requested before an order is shipped.

Please contact us immediately if you need to update your delivery details.

Once an order has been dispatched, address changes may not be possible.


9. Damaged Packages

If you receive a package that appears visibly damaged:

  • Please take photographs before opening the package.

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Retain the original packaging materials.

Our team will investigate and provide an appropriate resolution.


10. Lost Shipments

In the rare event that a shipment is lost in transit, Caleera will coordinate with the courier partner and provide either:

  • A replacement product (subject to availability), or

  • A full refund

after verification of the shipment status.


11. International Shipping

Currently, Caleera ships only within India.

International shipping services may be introduced in the future.
